Well, here they are quite common.
Compared to T1, T2 and T3 pick-ups craftsmen are complaining about the missing lockable boot under the loading bed though ...

The THW's colour is blue: vehicles, parts of the equipment, uniforms.
This T4 and the whole Mühlacker fleet are coated in RAL 5002 ultramarinblau (ultramarine blue). Only exception is the T2; this is a mere KatS vehicle stationed at and manned by the THW.
Not any KatS vehicle is orange by the way. Just radio and NBC ones. The others are red and ivory.
