Mast Guy Rope Set - KatS FuKW78/TEL80
Re: Mast Guy Rope Set - KatS FuKW78/TEL80
The (hardly visible) green ropes are for the extended HIRSCHMANN mast whilst connected to the vehicle.
The metal cables are for the set down mast, in addition to the green ropes; just as the triangular fixing sheet.
Never saw the red rope before; could be the compulsory measuring-rod for the mast or is it just a lost clothesline?

I think I can confirm now, that the red 'clothesline' is the measuring-rod for the clamping device of the mast.
Should be 4,5 metres long with a fist-sized loop at one end and a tiny one at the other.

Interesting! So to comply with the radio transmitting regulations, they were limited to a maximum height for the antenna I guess?
Re: Mast Guy Rope Set - KatS FuKW78/TEL80
No, I rather think it's to fix the rope set to the ground symmetrically.
There's no according hint in the Begleitheft though.
