Beetle Drive 2011

Not many pics online yet here's a few on The Late Bay http://thelatebay.com/index.php?topic=3146.0

And the only emergency action in this is this one of the 3pm driveabout!

There's a nice little vid here! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1I5syKv ... detailpage 1:41 is a good spot  Funny thing is, it's almost at exactly the same spot as the piccy! I convoyed to and from this event with some local dubbers see 2:10 the red splittie and the blue and red bugs. Made for a nice day!

And if that's not enough sirens, they have an emergency vehicles day...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KYK4cxTT71U may have to give that a go at some point! :D Maybe we could get a few of us there and (get in for free) and put on a gruppe display!

(:D

It is Pete and we said the same. Used to see them at shows in the 80s and 90s but hardly any at all now.

Even in the 80s it must have been hard business. %(

We had a chap named Todt in our village who built trikes, but after a certain time he gave up and the former Ford garage became a car repair shop again. :(
