This was a special edition by Berlin model maker WIKING, a THW T2a.

Bumpers i.e. the bellypan might be white due to their civilian ranges of models, same with the existence of the VW roundel. Rims are black though but what about the hubcaps?

Not at the moment, I'm afraid. The T2a reflects the old days, i.e. black bumpers and wheels were obligatory. Nowadays that law has softened and white bumpers and silver rims are common.

Nevertheless I'd like to add an outstanding T2b. Obviously a decommissioned '75 Kombi, which went to Nordrhein-Westfalen THW youth management. It's now running on private historic vehicle number plates and the blue light is detached. White bumpers aren't unusual anymore, but white hubcaps and blue rims look strange.
