MCode Decode for TEL80 (Full window) T2b

Thanks to Craig and Kerry here is the decode for (correct me if i'm wrong) the TEL80 full window T2.

72 *** *** = chassisnumber
7: modelyear 1977
2: this is an extra number that was
used to distinguish 1970ties and
1960ties chassisnumbers. The '2'
would turn into a '3' as soon as
1 milion vehicles of this model
had been produced. This never
happened with the Transporter
production.

******: the serialnumber.

547 = Mcode: Extra rust-prevention treatment
551 = Mcode: Halogen headlamps
616 = Mcode: Reversing lights (build-in with rear light units) 623 = Mcode:
Partially factory-prepared for radiotraffic 719 = Mcode: Productionnumber

Had my Disaster VW resprayed this month confirm RAL2004, was worried it would loose its natural effervecence in foggy conditions with a respray but I am pleased to announce that the respray orange still gives off that ambient glow in adverse conditions.
Also panels that I have not resprayed, do not stand out other than to my trained eye knowing where I had the work done.
So I confirm RAL 2004
